Angel is the best! I had an issue at one store and he took over with powerful customer service , a big smile and a let’s fix it attitude. He totally changed my mind about this company and I’m spreading the word about him and his store! Please promote or give Angel a raise because customer service like this is a lost art. Actually I demand you do something to recognize this exceptional employee!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Town Fair Tire on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford, CT. Thomas provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Thank you, Thomas, for making my visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend this location!

Tommy/Thomas helped me out to get 2 new tires from my warranty coverage with another provider. He was quick and direct despite us running into issues with the company and them not receiving the claim photos. I appreciate the time and effort he took on this.

Their pricing is fair, their recommendations are straightforward, and their work is consistently performed to the highest standards. A special thank you goes to Antonio and Thomas. These two gentlemen seem to be in four places at the same time and somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly, even during the busiest times. Their attention to detail, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond are truly remarkable. They are a tremendous asset to the company and a big reason why we continue to return year after year. The rest of the crew deserves recognition as well. I would like to thank the team at Town Fair Tire for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I have visited this location twice within the past month, and both times they were able to accommodate my schedule and get me in for service at a time that worked for me. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. I initially brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and later returned for additional service. On both occasions, there were issues involving my tie rods that complicated the alignment process. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to do their best to secure the components and make every effort to complete the job safely and correctly. What impressed me most was their willingness to assist with a matter that wasn’t necessarily their specialty. They took the time to help when they didn’t have to, and I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a place that provides quality service, fair treatment, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Town Fair Tire, especially for wheel alignments and tire-related services.
